The Challenge
As a manufacturer and distributor of commercial doors, frames, and hardware, Trudoor was growing fast, but the systems supporting that growth were not keeping up. QuickBooks could no longer provide the financial visibility the business needed, and managing operations across an expanding product catalog, a growing customer base, and more complex fulfillment workflows was becoming harder to sustain.
The problem was not just the software. It was that every workaround, every manual process, and every gap in reporting was creating drag on a team already running lean. Leadership knew that patching the existing setup would only push the problem down the road. NetSuite as the Core
QueBIT implemented NetSuite to replace the disconnected, manual processes that had been slowing Trudoor down. Financial management, inventory, order processing, and reporting all moved onto a single unified platform. The goal from day one was not just a successful go-live. It was building a foundation that could support years of growth without needing to be replaced again.
Warehouse Management with RF-SMART
As warehouse operations grew more complex, QueBIT helped Trudoor extend NetSuite with RF-SMART. Barcode-enabled workflows replaced manual processes for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, improving inventory accuracy in real time and giving leadership greater confidence in fulfillment performance.
Sales Tax Automation with Avalara
As Trudoor expanded across more jurisdictions, managing sales tax manually became a compliance risk. QueBIT implemented Avalara within the NetSuite environment to automate tax calculation, handle nexus complexity, and streamline filing requirements without adding burden to the finance team.
eCommerce Integration with Shopify and Celigo
When Trudoor migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify, QueBIT served as the NetSuite support team with Celigo integration expertise. We partnered with Trudoor and the Shopify implementation team to keep order flow, inventory synchronization, and fulfillment automation connected to NetSuite. QueBIT continues to support Trudoor through ongoing NetSuite optimization, Celigo support, Shopify cash reconciliation, and related NetSuite configuration.
Custom SuiteApps for Unique Workflows
Not everything Trudoor needed existed off the shelf. QueBIT developed custom SuiteApps built specifically for Trudoor's operational requirements, automating specialized workflows and aligning the system more closely to how the business actually runs.
