The Challenge?
A leading manufacturer of branded food products faced increasing complexity in forecasting demand across a broad product portfolio and multiple customers. Long production lead times, seasonality, promotions, and shifting consumer demand made it difficult to maintain accurate forecasts using spreadsheet-based processes.
