With reporting data centralized in IBM Planning Analytics, the remaining challenge was distributing financial and performance reports to managers and executives in a timely and secure manner. QueBIT implemented ReportWORQ to automate the refresh and delivery of customized Excel and PDF reports, ensuring each recipient received role-based information without manual effort. This approach streamlined recurring report distribution, supported both scheduled and on-demand delivery, and eliminated hours of administrative work each month.
