VDX.tv partnered with QueBIT to implement the Pigment planning platform as a unified, scalable foundation for financial and operational planning. The solution centralized data from core systems including Salesforce, Workday, Sage Intacct, and other operational sources, creating a single, connected model that aligned financial results with the business drivers behind them. While the implementation involved significant change, including ERP transitions and updates to the chart of accounts, the project was approached as a true transformation rather than a like-for-like replacement. The result was a modern planning environment that enabled real-time forecasting, improved collaboration across teams, and eliminated the manual effort and system fragility that previously slowed the business down.
